On certain qualifying developments we set aside some shared equity affordable houses especially for local people in conjunction with Wrexham Council Housing Department and Grwp Cynefin Housing Association.
Local people may qualify for a new home with 20% discount from Market value by way of an 80:20 shared equity.
You will need a 5% deposit and will require a 75% mortgage from a bank or building society.
Presently we are offering shared equity affordable housing on our Stansty Walks development.
